Not completely satisfied with your SOUL HF products? We’re here to help! Please note that our return policy may change based on any promotions or special offers at the time of purchase. We recommend reviewing our return policies below before making your purchase.
Here’s what you need to know about our return policy:

Return Window: You have 14 days from the delivery date to initiate a return or exchange.

Return Costs: You will be responsible for covering the cost of the return shipping label for both returns and exchanges.

Item Condition: Items must be returned in their original, unused condition, with original packaging still attached.

Processing Time: All returns are inspected by our Quality Assurance team and may take 7-14 business days to process after being marked as delivered.

Return Receipt: Please request a return receipt from the carrier, as we cannot refund lost shipments without proof of drop-off.

Non-Refundable Shipping: Shipping costs (including duties and taxes) from your original order are non-refundable.

Final Sale Items: Items marked as Final Sale, including clearance, warehouse, or "Up-To" sales, are not eligible for return or exchange. Additionally, our beanies, satin pillowcases, satin scrunchies, satin headbands, and brushes are final sale and cannot be returned.

Refunds: Refunds are issued as store credit only. We do not offer cash or card refunds.

Important note about exchanges: All exchanges are treated as final sale items. Once an exchange is processed, it cannot be returned or exchanged further. If you need assistance with sizing or have any questions, please reach out to us first—we’ll be happy to help!
